Deliver world-class creative execution against brand design storytelling, with innovative thinking and an obsession around the craft. The Sr Professional works as a part of a multidisciplinary design team, focused on execution of the look and feel of the campaigns, across design, art direction and motion. Supporting Lead Designers and Art Directors within a sport category.

Support studios with hands-on creative work: Innovative thinking, collaboration, and hands-on design execution of the day to day of the projects. Ability to present creative concepts with confidence.

Provide inspiration for the discipline: Stay at the forefront of trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, sport culture and technology as relevant to Client and the design team.

Attention to detail: Collaborates with cross-functional partner and stays laser focused on design details to deliver best-in-class, integrated and impactful consumer experiences

What you Bring:

Creative Proficiency: Ability to work on team efforts while working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities. Strong time management skills.

Art direction & Design Knowledge: Experience delivering outstanding photography, graphic design, video content, experiences and digital design in service of sport category, on time and within budget. Highly curious, experimental and eager to learn.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum required years of experience: 5 years of experience in Brand Design

Education requirements: Typically requires bachelor's degree
Must have skills:

We need them to have outdoor industry creative experience, meaning they will need to show that they have worked on outdoor seasonal creative campaigns (hiking, trail running, etc) & have the worked with outdoor industries (NorthFace, Arcetyrx).
