1. Capital Advisory (Global)

We connect growth-stage companies, real estate developers, and project sponsors with institutional investment banking partners to structure and raise debt and equity capital.

2. Dubai Real Estate Investment Advisory (UAE-Focused)

We advise international investors on acquiring high-quality Dubai property investments, with direct access to leading developers across the UAE.

We are expanding and hiring commission-based Business Development Managers to grow both verticals.

Role Overview

This is a dual-role business development position:

Capital Advisory (Global Focus)

Source and qualify sponsors seeking capital for projects or operating businesses anywhere in the world.

Dubai Real Estate (UAE Focus)

Source and introduce investors looking to acquire real estate in Dubai to diversify their portfolios.

This is a commission-only, remote role with no salary and no visa assistance.

Capital Advisory Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

• Source global sponsors seeking debt or equity funding
• Target capital raises from $10M – $500M+
• Engage developers, operators, hospitality groups, infrastructure sponsors, and business owners
• Identify funding gaps and capital structure needs
• Collect intake documentation
• Pre-qualify opportunities
• Arrange structured introduction calls with our advisory team

You qualify.

We take it to institutional capital channels.

Dubai Real Estate Responsibilities (Secondary Focus)

• Source ready-to-deploy investor buyers globally
• Target investors with budgets between $1M – $3M USD (core range)
• Larger mandates possible up to $100M+
• Identify serious, qualified investors
• Introduce investors to Consultaa
• Maintain relationship through closing

You do not need:

• A UAE real estate license
• Developer relationships
• Inventory access
• Closing experience

We manage sourcing the deals, presentation, negotiation, and execution.

Sourcing Methods May Include

• Your personal network
• LinkedIn outreach
• Industry relationships
• Wealth advisors
• Private investor databases
• Conferences and referrals
• Cold and warm outreach

You are expected to build and manage your own pipeline.

Compensation

• Commission-only
• No base salary
• No visa sponsorship
• Remote working

Capital Advisory:

Commission ranges from:

• $25,000 on a $10M raise
• Up to $1,250,000 on a $500M mandate

Dubai Real Estate:

• 50/50 commission split
• Typical earnings range from $5,000 – $15,000+ per month when consistently sourcing active investors
• Higher upside for larger mandates

No cap on earnings.

Income is directly tied to performance.
