Global Category Management Lead

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive global category strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee end-to-end category management across multiple business lines, ensuring consistency, transparency, and value creation.

Drive supplier performance management, contract optimization, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Champion the adoption of digital and AI-enabled procurement solutions to enhance visibility, forecasting, and decision-making.

Embed data-driven insights and automation across procurement operations to strengthen compliance and operational agility.

Collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify strategic sourcing opportunities and manage risk.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in global category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement leadership roles, ideally within financial services or complex multinational environments.

Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels.

Experience leveraging digital tools, AI, or automation in procurement functions is highly desirable.
