About the Program

We are building a global creator platform dedicated to YouTubers, influencers, and content creators who are passionate about Korean culture. Our mission is to bring K-culture—including K-pop, K-drama, Korean fashion, beauty, and lifestyle—to a global audience while helping creators grow their personal brand and unlock new monetization opportunities.

We are currently recruiting creative influencers and content creators worldwide to join our creator ecosystem and collaborate with Korean brands.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking creators who:

• Produce content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other social platforms
• Have a strong interest in K-culture
• Enjoy storytelling, entertainment, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or cultural content
• Want to collaborate with Korean brands and campaigns
• Are motivated to grow their audience globally

Creators of all follower sizes are welcome if they demonstrate strong creativity and engagement.

Creator Recruitment Process

Creators will go through a four-stage selection and onboarding process.

1. First Round — Creative Video

Applicants submit a short creative video introducing themselves and showcasing their content style.

The video should demonstrate:

• Creativity and personality
• Storytelling ability
• Alignment with K-culture themes

2. Second Round — Face-to-Face Meeting

Selected creators will be invited to a virtual or in-person meeting with our team.

This meeting will cover:

• Creator background and audience demographics
• Content direction and creative ideas
• Opportunities for collaboration with Korean brands

3. Third Round — Influencer Sponsorship Discussion

In this stage, we discuss potential brand collaborations and sponsorship formats, including:

• Campaign opportunities
• Monetization models
• Content partnership expectations

4. Fourth Round — K-Star Growth Contract

Creators selected for the program will sign a K-Star Growth Contract, establishing a long-term partnership that includes:

• Access to sponsorship campaigns
• Creator growth support
• Platform promotion and collaboration opportunities
