Global Denim Design Group Manager

We are seeking a visionary Global Denim Design Group Manager to set the creative agenda and spearhead innovation for our men’s and women’s denim collections worldwide. This is a role for an industry leader who defines the future of denim, not just follows it.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 15+ years in international fashion design, with 10+ years dedicated to denim at the highest level.

• Proven track record in leading and developing design teams for over a decade.

• Recognized authority in denim innovation, fit engineering, and market-leading product concepts.

• Deep technical expertise in fabric development, garment construction, and advanced finishing processes.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire creative excellence and align cross-functional teams.

• Fluent English and global mobility to travel as needed.

• A strategic, commercially astute, and creatively fearless mindset.
