Global Financial Markets Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Financial Markets practice within their Dubai office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a globally recognised Financial Markets team, working on global transactions and high-profile deals, supporting companies in self-funding and managing risk. The candidate will assist in the day-to-day management of transactions, with responsibilities including preparing legal documents for execution, providing strategic guidance to clients across a broad area of finance.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• UK and/or other Commonwealth jurisdiction experience
• 1-4 PQE;
• Strong background in global financial markets within a medium to large commercial firm;
• Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
