As the Global Head of EPC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex EPC projects across the globe. You will lead a high-performing team of EPC specialists, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Excellent opportunity in the energy sector!


Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for large scale EPC projects, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and vision.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  3. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  4. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  6. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Foster strong relationships with key project partners, promoting collaboration and managing expectations.
  8. Oversee procurement activities, including contract negotiations, vendor selection, and supplier management.
  9. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and optimize resource allocation.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  3. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Engineering and Project Management, with at least 5 years in an executive role overseeing complex projects.
  4. Strong knowledge of energy project development, construction, and operations.
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate global teams to achieve project objectives.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
