Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensively oversee the establishment of the company's human resources and administrative management systems, aligning with the company's globalization strategy to support the recruitment, development, motivation, and retention of global elite talent.
- Lead the design and implementation of the company's distributed partnership mechanism, including partner admission criteria, assessment systems, incentive rules, and exit mechanisms. Foster a partnership culture characterized by "shared benefits, shared risks, and long-term commitment" to attract top global talent.
- Manage the company's global talent recruitment efforts and establish an international recruitment system.
- Develop a human resources compliance system that meets regulatory requirements in both China and the United States, and establish global compensation & benefits, performance management, and talent development systems. Additionally, oversee corporate administration and corporate culture development to create an organizational culture suitable for a global high-tech platform.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background: Master's degree or above from a globally top-30 university in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 6+ years of experience as a global head of human resources at a Fortune Global 500 company or a company listed in both China and the United States, with demonstrated end-to-end leadership in designing and implementing incentive systems for listed companies.
- Core Competencies: Strong global perspective, organizational design skills, talent system development capabilities, and cross-cultural management expertise. Proficient in labor laws and regulations in both China and the United States, as well as regulatory requirements for listed companies. Possess a global network of high-caliber talent resources.
- Visa Requirement: Hold a valid U.S. visa and be able to travel frequently between China, the United States, and other developed countries.
- Age Requirement: Age requirements may be relaxed for top-tier candidates with experience as a global head of HR at a Fortune Global 500 company.
