Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead HQMena’s global HR operations, manage a diverse international team, and build scalable people strategies that support our fast-paced business. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, operational discipline, and a passion for developing high performing, globally aligned teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and international growth across Dubai, Mexico, and India.
- Lead, mentor, and manage HR Manager and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective support and alignment across all regional offices and time zones.
- Design and oversee performance management systems that track, evaluate, and enhance employee contributions using clear KPIs and structured feedback.
- Standardize HR policies and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience across all locations.
- Drive employee development by launching training, upskilling, and leadership programs suited for diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of competitive and regionally appropriate compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations in the UAE, Mexico, and India, aligning practices with global standards.
- Provide strategic HR insights to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and long-term people strategies.
- Leverage HR analytics and data to inform decisions on employee retention, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture through recognition programs and continuous employee feedback.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership position managing HR across multiple regions.
- Proven track record of leading HR in a global, multicultural environment—experience with Mexico, India, and the UAE is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of international labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing performance metrics and scalable HR systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, performance management tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
