Job Description:
We are initiating a new project. I am looking for a Sr. HR Business Analyst focused on process work. Please review details below and advise if you can partner on this search.
Profile / Experience
Must Have
- At least 10 yrs. Functional HR Experience with HR Processes (main focus) and Systems (ideally Workday, but SuccessFactors or Oracle are Ok)
- Strong HR Process Experience including requirements gathering, analysis, process (re)design, writing process documentation (maps / workflows, process narratives) etc. significant process documentation creation / correction.
- Process experience should include strong knowledge of Core HR (required – Job Changes, Hire, Terminations, Comp. Personal Data Change etc.) plus good familiarity with Talent Management (Performance, Succession Planning) and Talent Acquisitions
- Process experience with global firms, including familiarity of global + local process variations need someone with good verbal communication skills, as well as documentation expertise.
- Strong expertise in Workday’s Business Process Framework specifically the ability to interpret business process definitions, workflows, and underlying logic within Workday along with Workday experience, along with demonstrated end-to-end process design and documentation capabilities.
- While the starting focus is updates /new process documentation, we still need someone who is analytical and will reverse engineer by reading and understanding existing docs, reverse engineers systems functionality (as a user) and engage Process Owners (Sr. Managers > Directors > VPs) in conversations.
- take-ng GenAI output – check for accuracy and create final reliable docs. That will be used by a good chunk of our workforce.

Nice-to-have
- Functional process design or testing experience on a large-scale system implementation
- Strong Workday user experience (does not need to know configuration) – should be able to navigate screens and understand how process works today
- Familiarity with creating integration documentation – a huge plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
- Some experience using a Chat GPT / Gemini / Claude etc. to generate process documentation (Ingredion uses CoPilot)
- Experience managing or coaching a small team (role will work alongside 2 Ingredion employees who are a bit junior / less experienced with process work)
- Attention to detail
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
