Global Insurance Attorney

Cozen O’Connor seeks a mid-level associate with significant insurance defense litigation experience to join the firm’s New York office. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated familiarity with pretrial filings in the areas of complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and products liability. Insurance coverage litigation experience is a plus. Candidates must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. Admission to New York required.

Our attorneys have served as lead trial counsel or national coordinating counsel in some of the largest insurance cases in recent memory.

The salary range for this role is $220,000 - $240,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
