Job Summary

Aeon Shipping LLC is looking for a motivated and target-driven consultant to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector.

Candidate Profile

Gender: Male

Age Range: 25 – 35 years

• Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to prospective clients
• Promote shipping, logistics, and related services offered by Aeon Shipping LLC
• Identify client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales / telemarketing / sales
• Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or BPO sales is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
