- Support content creation for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates using tools like WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences across target regions.
- Optimize online content for SEO to enhance visibility and engagement on search engines.
- Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, leveraging advertising sales techniques to boost reach.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams on advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to maximize brand exposure.
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating marketing projects ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
- Support marketing automation initiatives to streamline communication and lead nurturing processes.

- Fluency in Chinese, English, and Korean — both written and spoken — is essential for effective communication across markets.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visual content.
- Experience with WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and E-commerce platforms.
