About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced marketing professional to join our CMO office as Global Marketing Strategy Manager. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will act as a strategic partner shaping our GTM initiatives across all markets. This is an early to mid-career role ideal for someone looking to transition their GTM and or marketing agency experience into a new high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise the CMO and marketing leadership on the development and optimization of global and regional GTM marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Partner closely with the wider CMO Office to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of global GTM performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and providing recommendations for optimization
  • Provide strategic guidance and practical frameworks for the effective execution of GTM initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance while actively recommending optimizations based on performance
  • Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for the CMO and marketing leadership, translating learnings and strategic evaluations into key highlights and actionable takeaways for decision making
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 3 to 6 years of working experience in strategy within a marketing agency and/or GTM roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and launching global or regional GTM campaigns
  • Understanding of the Contracts for Difference (CFD) sector and the wider financial services industry is a significant advantage
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with demonstrated ability and confidence to present to leadership team
