Global Mobility Tax Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Mobility Tax Analyst to join our team in Lusail. This role plays a key part in managing tax compliance and advisory support related to employee relocations, expatriate assignments, and cross-border mobility linked to our global operations. You will ensure accurate tax treatment while supporting smooth and compliant international moves.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance related to employee relocations, expatriate assignments, and international transfers
• Review and support tax equalization, tax protection, and assignment compensation calculations
• Assist in preparing and reviewing tax filings for internationally mobile employees
• Provide guidance on tax implications of relocation benefits and cross-border assignments
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and relocation teams to ensure compliant mobility processes
• Monitor international tax regulations affecting global mobility and relocation services
• Support audits and respond to tax authority queries related to mobile employees
• Maintain accurate records of assignments, benefits, and tax documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in global mobility tax, expatriate taxation, or international payroll compliance
• Strong understanding of cross-border taxation and employment tax regulations
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax reporting systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
