Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-driven Global Payroll Analyst to join our People Services team and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across the US and Canada. As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a great employee experience.

This role will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately processing US multi-state and Canadian bi-weekly payroll in line with company policies

  • Partnering with a third-party payroll vendor to ensure correct calculation of earnings and deductions

  • Auditing employee pay records and reconciling payroll totals

  • Ensuring compliance with Sage timesheet policies and Department of Labor (DOL) standards

  • Performing tax, garnishment, and payroll reconciliations on a regular basis

  • Supporting year-end payroll activities, tax filings, workers’ compensation, and internal audits

  • Documenting and maintaining payroll processes and procedures

  • Resolving payroll issues promptly, implementing controls to prevent reoccurrence

  • Responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries via ServiceNow tickets, phone, and email

  • Supporting specialized payroll tasks such as sales commissions, manual payments, and reconciliations


  • What You’ll Bring
  • Significant experience in a payroll position

  • Strong experience with end-to-end multi-state payroll processing (timesheet to ACH)

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • High level of accuracy with strong numerical and analytical skills
