About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Program Manager to provide leave coverage for a 7-month assignment within Google Corporate Engineering’s Scaled Service Delivery team. This role will focus on overseeing outsourced IT services and managing large-scale vendor operations, ensuring effective service delivery, financial stewardship, and seamless cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage outsourced IT service programs, including:
• Tech support for employees
• AV & conference room support
• Event support services
• Software procurement & licensing
• Equipment and supply chain management
• Oversee outsourcing contracts and budget management.
• Drive spend forecasting, monthly and annual budget planning, and financial reporting.
• Consolidate and track budgets for 30+ stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Coordinate across internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for senior leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of Program Management experience (open to more senior profiles).
• Strong finance and analytical skills with expertise in budget forecasting, spend management, and reporting.
• Proven success in vendor operations and outsourcing management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or supply chain program management.
• Knowledge of budget planning and capacity management.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Background in contact center or workforce management, particularly in budget/vendor oversight (not agent-level).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour
