About the Role

Hogar Properties is expanding its elite international sales division and seeking dynamic, multilingual professionals to join us as Global Property Advisor. This client-facing role is designed for individuals who can engage high-net-worth investors, deliver premium service, and represent Dubai’s top real estate developments.

We are especially interested in candidates from Europe, Russia, China, and Portugal, or professionals who can fluently speak Russian, Mandarin, Portuguese, French, or European languages in addition to English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of international clients seeking real estate investments in Dubai.
• Present premium properties, lifestyle benefits, ROI analysis, and off-plan opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, site tours, and virtual presentations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on developer launches, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and management teams to support client acquisition.
• Represent Hogar Properties at events, exhibitions, and international investor gatherings.

Requirements

• Multilingual is a major advantage:
• Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, French, Spanish, or European languages + English.
• Previous experience in real estate, investment advisory, hospitality, luxury retail, or high-value sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to handle high-net-worth clientele.
• Professional appearance, driven mindset, and hunger for growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
