As a Global Purchasing Manager at Insider One, you will own our global procurement function end-to-end.

From technology licenses and SaaS tools to hardware, vendor contracts, and strategic supplier relationships, you will ensure Insider One buys smarter, faster, and at the right cost across 26 countries.

This is a global role that sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Operations.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage all purchasing processes globally, covering technology, software, hardware, and professional services procurement.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost efficiency and vendor quality across Insider One’s global supplier base.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead contract negotiations with a cross-functional stakeholder group spanning Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Build and maintain scalable procurement policies, workflows, and tooling that support Insider One’s speed of growth.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance, optimize spend, and manage risk in all purchasing decisions.
• Partner with IT and product teams on technology procurement, ensuring Insider One’s tools and systems are cost-effective and fit for purpose.
• Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities across categories without compromising quality, speed, or vendor relationships.
• Track and report on procurement performance metrics, providing visibility to leadership on spend trends and savings achieved.
  
  
  

What You Will Need

• 5-6+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience working in a technology or SaaS company — familiarity with software and technology procurement is strongly preferred.
• A proven track record of vendor negotiation and contract management across multiple categories and geographies.
• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to use data to drive procurement decisions and measure outcomes.
• High organization, attention to detail, and comfort building processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to operate effectively in a multi-regional, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
