Job Summary:

We are seeking a Global Sales and Business Development Specialist to support Bomensoft’s global market expansion, nurture new customer relationships, and develop strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying business opportunities, contributing to international sales growth, and enhancing our presence in key markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across global markets, enhancing Bomensoft’s international presence
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage in new business opportunities in line with our sales and growth strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize sales approaches and strategies
  • Propose solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Generate detailed sales and business development reports for strategic planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales and business development
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are highly valued
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solution-driven mindset
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
