Key Tasks


  • The candidate will be requested to identify and finalize sales opportunities with the global companies having international transports in assigned countries or geographies.
  • Conduct all customer-facing activities and negotiate sales agreements
  • Achieve assigned revenue goals and assist in achieving annual revenue objectives for the Function he/she is working for.
  • Develop, protect and enhance valuable customer relationships so ensuring long-term loyalty.
  • Managing sales processes (quotations, orders, contracts, opportunities, etc.) in line with the company's and unit's strategies and targets for the assigned region and customers
  • Ensuring swift communication between the customer and the company and handling operational, financial, and systemic processes for customer requests
  • Conducting customer visits to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Preparing necessary reports related to sales processes


Qualifications


  • Solution-oriented, with strong persuasion and communication skills
  • Confident, motivated, flexible, and proactive approach
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, another language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience in European markets and understanding of regional business dynamics is preferred.
  • Having no travel restrictions and the flexibility to adapt to different time zones depending on the assigned sales region
  • Data governance, data visualizations, data fluency: Experience using BI Tools. (PowerBI, Salesforce etc.)
  • Preferably having 3-4 years of experience in International Transport Operations, International/Global Sales (Road, Train, Intermodal, Multımodal) and tender management.
