The candidate will be requested to identify and finalize sales opportunities with the global companies having international transports in assigned countries or geographies.
Conduct all customer-facing activities and negotiate sales agreements
Achieve assigned revenue goals and assist in achieving annual revenue objectives for the Function he/she is working for.
Develop, protect and enhance valuable customer relationships so ensuring long-term loyalty.
Managing sales processes (quotations, orders, contracts, opportunities, etc.) in line with the company's and unit's strategies and targets for the assigned region and customers
Ensuring swift communication between the customer and the company and handling operational, financial, and systemic processes for customer requests
Conducting customer visits to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
Preparing necessary reports related to sales processes
Qualifications
Solution-oriented, with strong persuasion and communication skills
Confident, motivated, flexible, and proactive approach
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends,
Proficiency in written and spoken English, another language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus
Experience in European markets and understanding of regional business dynamics is preferred.
Having no travel restrictions and the flexibility to adapt to different time zones depending on the assigned sales region
Data governance, data visualizations, data fluency: Experience using BI Tools. (PowerBI, Salesforce etc.)
Preferably having 3-4 years of experience in International Transport Operations, International/Global Sales (Road, Train, Intermodal, Multımodal) and tender management.
