Global Inflight Products (GIP) is on a mission to bring premium, eco-conscious inflight products to airlines worldwide. We have are adding a Global Sourcing Specialist for immediate start.

If you’re an early to mid-career professional with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for global supply chains, and a desire to work at the intersection of design, sales, and sustainability, apply to today.

Qualified candidates will have a 2 step interview process. First round will be a introductory call with our Head of Sourcing and Sales and the second round will be in office with the General Manager. We look forward to getting to know candidates in a respectful process.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our sales and design teams to source innovative inflight products
• Continue our supply chain diversification initiative
• Maintain and optimize our in-house sourcing assets, samples, and workflows
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards
• Perform quality assessments on new samples
• Support tender submissions with accurate sourcing data and timelines
• Help shape our sourcing strategy to align with GIP’s premium brand repositioning

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience (internships count!)
• Curious, collaborative, and ready to own your scope
• Comfortable working in a small team and creative environment
• Bonus: You love spreadsheets and Monday.com

What We Offer

• Starting salary: \$45,000–\$75,000 based on experience
