We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sourcing Manager to take full ownership of identifying, evaluating, and managing our supplier and manufacturing partnerships worldwide. This role will directly support our growth by ensuring we secure the best quality products at competitive prices, while building strong long-term relationships with our global partners.


Supplier Identification & Negotiation

  • Source and evaluate potential manufacturers and suppliers that align with company quality and pricing standards.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining product quality.
  • Conduct due diligence on supplier capabilities, capacity, and compliance.


Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with global suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and reliability.
  • Resolve supplier performance issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into supplier requirements.


Logistics & Coordination

  • Oversee domestic and international travel to visit factories, suppliers, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate shipping, lead times, and delivery schedules to meet business needs.
  • Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient movement of goods.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product development, design, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with company goals.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sourcing performance, cost savings, and supplier opportunities.
  • Anticipate potential risks in the supply chain and proactively propose solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, compliance, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and cultural awareness skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30–50%.
