Global Supply Chain Advisor

About The Role

Enventure Global Technology is seeking a seasoned Global Supply Chain Advisor to provide strategic and operational leadership across our global supply chain activities. This role is critical in ensuring reliable delivery timelines, optimized inventory levels, strong supplier partnerships, and cost-efficient execution aligned with business growth and customer commitments.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams, serving as a trusted advisor and hands-on leader who brings structure, visibility, and continuous improvement to complex supply chain operations.

Scope of the Role

This position provides input and guidance across global supply chain functions , directly supporting customer satisfaction, jobsite execution, and both short- and long-term revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Operations to align supply chain execution with delivery commitments, inventory strategy, and customer requirements
• Advise and support teams coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, maintenance, assembly, and repair activities
• Leverage an established global supplier network for tubulars, accessories, inspection, and repair services; actively participate in procurement decisions
• Own supply chain reporting, dashboards, and information systems to ensure visibility, prioritization, and accurate revenue projections
• Identify, qualify, and onboard third-party vendors to support operational demand and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with Technical and Operations teams to ensure all technical and quality requirements are met
• Actively manage inventory levels, perform inventory counts, and lead reconciliation efforts
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service reliability and operational excellence
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
• 10+ years of experience in materials and supply chain management, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience sourcing OCTG tubulars and downhole equipment strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of global supply chain networks and vendor ecosystems
• Proven ability to develop and present accurate dashboards and reports
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated cost-reduction results
• Deep knowledge of procurement, logistics, and process flow management
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, creativity, and resourcefulness
