About the Role:

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple regions, including the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). Your primary focus will be on proactive sourcing and hiring for critical technical and non-technical positions, such as software engineering, technical specialties, and FinTech roles. You will be tasked with forecasting hiring needs and ensuring recruitment strategies are aligned with business goals. You will also create and manage a recruitment dashboard to track key performance metrics


Responsibilities:


  • Lead proactive sourcing and hiring for critical roles across technical and non-technical field
  • Manage end-to-end global technical recruitment across MENA, EMEA, and APAC market,
  • Forecast hiring needs for various teams and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to digitize and automate recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and database
  • Track key metrics by creating and utilizing recruitment dashboards.
  • Establish recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance communication and reduce time-to-hire for critical roles.
  • Contribute to the development of internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and implement new employee onboarding programs.


Qualifications:

Exper ience:


  • 7-10 years of Significant experience as a Global Talent Acquisition Lead, specifically in technical recruitment for diverse regions such as MENA, EMEA, andAPAC.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end global technical recruitment processes.
  • Experience in a software company is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment databases and report generation (e.g., workable, bamboo, SAP ERP).Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams and hiring managers.Bilingual in English and Arabic


Education:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human resources or Business Administration
