Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Global Tech Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire skilled IT professionals worldwide. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels, with a strong understanding of global hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals globally using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing and onboarding)
• Identify and engage candidates for roles related to outsourced IT installations, IT services, and ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) services
• Build and maintain a strong global talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring goals
• Candidate will responsible to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring processes
• Ensure timely hiring to meet project and operational demand

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical recruitment (preferably global hiring)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms
• Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
