Global Trade Facilitator Support

This is a remote role for a Global Trade Facilitator Support. The role involves assisting Global Trade Facilitators in managing international transactions, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities include coordinating communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders, supporting trade documentation processes, and maintaining accurate trade records. Utilizing the SimulTrayd platform efficiently to oversee trade activities and provide exceptional service to all parties is a critical aspect of this role.

• Strong understanding of international trade, import-export regulations, and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with digital platforms and AI-driven tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
• Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address and resolve trade-related issues efficiently
• Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high levels of accountability
• Prior experience in global supply chain management or trade facilitation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
