Position: Outbound Visa Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Outbound Visa Assistant to join our team at Springfield Travel. If you have hands-on experience in visa documentation, appointment scheduling, and client coordination, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule visa appointments and book application slots for various destinations.
• Create customized travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are aligned with visa requirements.
• Draft compelling and accurate cover letters tailored to different visa categories.
• Compile, organize, and verify all necessary documents for visa applications.
• Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the visa process.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding documentation and appointment updates.

Other Requirements:

• Strong sales and customer service communication skills.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
• Prior experience in marketing or lead generation is a plus.
• Familiarity with visa processes, country-specific requirements, and supporting documents.
• UAE experience is not required if you already have relevant knowledge and skills.
• 2–3 days of training will be provided to familiarize you with our internal work processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Confident, presentable, and client-focused.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
