Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Global Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through visa applications for various countries, helping them navigate requirements, documentation, and processes efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa types, requirements, and procedures for various global destinations (Schengen, UK, US, Canada, UAE, etc.)
• Assess clients’ individual situations (travel purpose, history, documents) and recommend the most suitable visa path
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to follow up on application status
• Maintain and update visa application records; track deadlines and client communication
• Stay current on changing visa regulations, immigration policies, and embassy requirements
• Provide excellent customer service: respond to client queries, resolve issues, and educate them on the visa process

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in visa processing, immigration services, or global visa consultancy. (Based on similar roles in Dubai.)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to verify and assess complex documentation accurately
• Organizational Skills: Manage multiple visa cases, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently
• Customer Service: Strong client-facing skills with professionalism and empathy
