Global Visa Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Global Visa Consultant / Travel Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have practical experience handling visa applications for the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Schengen countries, and China, along with strong knowledge of airline ticketing using GDS systems.

Candidates with experience in social media marketing (including TikTok, Facebook, and digital promotions) will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process visa applications for the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Schengen countries, and China
• Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, and appointment scheduling
• Provide visa consultations and assist with travel itinerary planning
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in visa processing
• Strong understanding of global visa regulations and procedures
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Proficiency in English
