We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled baker passionate about creating innovative gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, and high-protein bakery products (cakes, breads, cookies, brownies, pastries, etc.)
- Innovate and test new recipes aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all baked goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Manage baking schedules, inventory, and ingredient sourcing.
- Stay updated on health-conscious baking trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker/pastry chef (gluten-free/vegan/sugar-free baking experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of alternative flours (almond, coconut, oat, etc.), plant-based substitutes, and natural sweeteners (monkfruit, stevia, erythritol, etc.).
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in Dubai with valid work eligibility.
