Role Summary

Indian Art ek visionary leader ki तलाश में है — ऐसा professional जो digital marketing agency को zero से build, manage और scale कर सके।
यह role सिर्फ GM का नहीं है — यह Co-Founder Mindset वाला leadership role है।

हमें ऐसा व्यक्ति चाहिए जो:

• Business build करे
• Clients लाए
• High-performance टीम बनाए
• Operations streamline करे
• Sales close करे
• और agency को ₹10–50 lakh/month तक scale करे

Key Responsibilities1. Agency Setup & Business Growth

• Complete agency model design (services, pricing, workflows, delivery systems)
• Go-to-market strategy develop करना
• Lead generation framework implement करना
• Agency को 60 days में operational, और 6 months में profitable बनाना

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

• High-ticket clients (₹30k–₹3 lakh/month retainers) onboard करना
• Proposal, pitch deck, quotations & contracts prepare करना
• Direct meetings, Zoom calls, corporate presentations handle करना
• Monthly revenue targets achieve करना (retainer + performance-based)

3. Team Building & Leadership

0 to 1 → 12 members तक team बनाना:

• Graphic Designers
• Video Editors
• Social Media Managers
• Performance Marketers
• Copywriters
• Sales Executives

Duties:

• Team hiring, training, workload management
• Daily output, deadlines & KPIs monitor करना
• High-performance culture develop करना

4. Digital Marketing Expertise

• Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content Strategy, Brand Development में strong command
• Client goals के अनुसार 360° campaigns execute करवाना
• Results deliver करना — ROAS, leads, followers growth, content quality
• Client reporting and strategy meetings manage करना

5. Operations & Delivery Systems

• SOPs, workflows & delivery system build करना
• CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) + dashboards implement करना
• Weekly/Monthly reports system बनाना
• Billing, invoicing, client retention & service quality ensure करना

6. Strategy & Vision

• Agency का 1-year, 3-year growth roadmap design करना
• New services launch करना (Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Branding, Automation)
• Indian Art को Bhopal की No.1 Digital Marketing Agency बनाना Key Skills & Requirements
• Min 5+ years Digital Marketing Agency experience
• Strong sales & closing skills
• Team leadership & people management
• Excellent communication & client handling
• Project management & deadline discipline
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
• High-pressure environment में work करने की ability
• Ownership attitude: "Business मेरा है" mindset
• Consistent revenue growth track record preferred
