What You'll Earn

• $20.00 – $55.00/hr flat rate based on certifications and production
• Saturdays are your biggest earning day — we're booked solid
• GM factory training and ASE certification costs paid by us — your rate goes up as you level up

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Proficiency in diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repair
• Own professional toolset
• Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record
• Availability Saturdays — this is when the money is made

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Active Virginia Safety Inspector License (we'll sponsor it if you don't)
• GM/Chevrolet certifications or franchise dealership experience
• Experience with EV systems, ADAS calibrations, or diesel engines
• Master Tech credentials or active ASE certifications
• Bilingual English/Spanish — a plus, not a requirement; our team reflects the community we serve
