Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Warehouse to lead and manage complete cold storage operations. The candidate will be responsible for operational efficiency, inventory control, team leadership, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse and cold storage operations
• Manage inventory planning, stock control, and reconciliation
• Ensure proper temperature monitoring and storage compliance
• Lead warehouse staff, supervisors, and operational teams
• Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency
• Coordinate with clients, transporters, and vendors
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance standards
• Prepare MIS reports and present operational updates to MD
• Monitor cost control and optimize warehouse productivity

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Cold Storage & Warehouse Management
• Leadership and decision-making abilities
• Inventory management & documentation expertise
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle high-volume operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Degree
• 3–15 Years of relevant experience in Warehouse / Cold Storage
• Immediate joiners preferred
