Job Title: Senior General Manager - HR (Legal Compliance)

Reports to: Managing Director/CEO

Location: Mandideep, Industrial Area

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with expertise in Legal Compliance to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other legal compliances. The Senior General Manager - HR will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing strategic guidance to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other legal compliances.

2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Provide strategic guidance to the management team on HR-related matters.

4. Lead the HR function and provide direction to the HR team.

5. Develop and manage the HR budget.

6. Ensure that all employee data is accurately maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.

7. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

8. Liaise with external agencies, such as labor inspectors, ESIC, and PF authorities.

Requirements:

1. Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/LLB or related field.

2. At least 10-12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Legal Compliance.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other legal compliances.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
