Role &amp; responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and finalization of accounts</li><li>Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per applicable standards</li><li>Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements</li><li>Develop internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies</li><li>Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial planning</li><li>Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities</li><li>Lead and mentor the accounts team</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct &amp; Indirect Taxes</li><li>Hands-on experience in finalization, audit, and compliance</li><li>Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel</li><li>Leadership, analytical, and team management skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Hightest Qua</li></ul>Work Location: In person
