GM - Operations and Sales

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily plant operations (production, quality control, maintenance, supply chain, and dispatch).
  • Drive efficiency in powder usage, transfer efficiency, and cost-per-sq.ft benchmarks.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to minimize wastage, downtime, and rework.
  • Monitor KPIs such as output (sq.ft/day), on-time delivery, rejection rates, and cost of production.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental norms, and ISO/quality certifications.

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead sales strategy to expand business in architectural aluminium, industrial, and OEM segments.
  • Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new markets, applications, and customer segments (dealers, fabricators, contractors, OEMs).
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies based on cost models, margins, and competitor analysis.
  • Track receivables, credit control, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).

Strategic Initiatives

  • Drive digital adoption in reporting, ERP/MIS, and customer management.
  • Collaborate with powder suppliers (e.g., Axonoble, Jotun) for approvals, technical updates, and joint marketing.
  • Benchmark against competitors and bring in global best practices in powder coating operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
