About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) Sales and operations to lead our real estate sales operations at Midcity City, Lahore. The ideal candidate must have an extensive background in real estate project sales, team leadership, and business growth strategy, with a proven record of closing maximum sales within short timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a large sales team to drive performance.
• Ensure rapid sales conversion and maximize sales volume within short periods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and sales partner.
• Oversee pricing, market analysis, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management on new projects and expansion plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely completion of sales goals and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in real estate sales (preferably in Lahore or major urban projects).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and closing high-volume sales in short timeframes.
• Excellent understanding of the Lahore real estate market dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools will be an advantage.
