Job Title: General Manager – Service

Job Summary:
We are looking for a General Manager – Service to lead and manage service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive efficiency and profitability across service projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall service operations and teams
- Plan, execute, and monitor service projects and contracts
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure timely service delivery and quality standards
- Manage budgets, costing, billing, and profitability
- Develop service processes, SOPs, and performance metrics
- Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Management (preferred)
- 8–15 years of experience in service or construction-related operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Knowledge of contracts, costing, and operations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
