Day in the life in Victoria, TX

Step onto the floor, review the day’s build list, and power up your MIG equipment. You’ll study fabrication drawings, set your parameters, and lay down precise welds across a range of materials. When a joint doesn’t meet spec, you’ll diagnose the cause, adjust techniques or settings, and get production back on track. Between runs, you’ll perform routine upkeep on your welding gear, coordinate with teammates to hit deadlines, and keep your area spotless and safe.

What you'll handle

• Execute Gas Metal Arc (MIG) welds on multiple materials in alignment with project specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and complete accurate welds.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve weld quality issues to uphold strict standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on welding equipment for peak performance.
• Partner with team members to achieve production targets and timelines.
• Uphold safe work practices and maintain a clean, compliant work area.

What you bring
