Night Shift | Work From Home

We are looking for an experienced Local SEO Specialist to optimize and grow our Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) visibility and rankings in Google Maps and the Local Pack.
This role is primarily focused on Google Business Profile optimization, not traditional website SEO.

The ideal candidate has proven experience ranking businesses on Google Maps, increasing calls, direction requests, and local visibility.

Responsibilities

• Fully optimize and manage our Google Business Profile
• Optimize:
• Primary & secondary categories
• Business description (local keyword focused)
• Services & products
• Photos, videos, and visual assets
• Q&A section (including seeding FAQs)
• Google Posts (offers, updates, events)
• Ensure accurate and consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone)
• Work on all the tasks given by Management

Google Maps & Local Pack Ranking

• Improve rankings for high-intent local keywords
• Conduct local competitor analysis
• Implement strategies to increase relevance, prominence, and engagement
• Monitor and improve local map visibility

Reviews & Reputation Management

• Create and implement a review generation strategy
• Guide best practices for review responses
• Monitor and manage reviews for ranking and trust

Local Citations & Authority

• Audit and clean up existing local citations
• Build and manage high-quality local citations
• Identify local link and authority opportunities (directories, local sites)

Reporting & Tracking

• Track performance using Google Business Profile Insights
• Monitor:
• Calls
• Direction requests
• Profile views
• Keyword visibility
• Provide simple, clear monthly reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have:

• Proven experience with Google Business Profile / Google Maps SEO
• Strong understanding of Local SEO ranking factors
• Hands-on experience optimizing GBP listings
• Experience with citation building and NAP consistency
• Knowledge of review impact on local rankings

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multiple locations or service-area businesses
• Experience fighting spam or fake competitor listings
• Familiarity with tools like BrightLocal, Whitespark, Moz Local, or similar

What We Are NOT Looking For

• General SEO specialists with only website SEO experience
• Link builders with no local SEO experience
• Black-hat or policy-violating tactics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
