Position Overview

We are hiring GMP / Cleanroom Cleaning Technicians to perform detailed cleaning within controlled environments. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in cleanrooms or are familiar with working under strict procedures and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitization of cleanrooms, labs, and GMP spaces (Grades B, C, D / ISO environments)
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and strict GMP protocols
• Properly gown and work within controlled environments
• Clean floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, and production areas
• Use approved disinfectants and cleaning agents according to specifications
• Complete cleaning logs and documentation accurately and in real time
• Handle waste removal in compliance with facility procedures
• Maintain high attention to detail to prevent contamination
• Report any deviations, safety concerns, or issues to supervisors

Qualifications (REQUIRED)

• 1+ year of experience in GMP, cleanroom, or controlled environment cleaning
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
• Comfortable working in full PPE (gowning, gloves, masks, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or aseptic manufacturing facilities
• Knowledge of GMP or cleanroom standards
• Experience with electrostatic disinfection or specialized cleaning tools
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
