GNM Nursing Staff

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate GNM Nursing Staff with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in IVF / Gynecology / Maternity care, to join our growing IVF center. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, skilled in clinical assistance, and comfortable working in a fertility treatment environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during IVF, IUI, and gynecological procedures
• Prepare and maintain OT, IVF lab, and procedure rooms
• Administer injections, IV fluids, and medications as prescribed
• Monitor patient vitals and provide pre & post-procedure care
• Maintain patient records and documentation accurately
• Counsel and support patients with care and empathy
• Follow infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and support staff

Required Qualifications:

• GNM Nursing qualification from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (IVF experience preferred)
• Valid nursing registration
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work in shifts and handle sensitive cases with care

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IVF / IUI / OT assistance
• Knowledge of fertility treatment protocols
• Compassionate, responsible, and team-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
