• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in school
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop an implement individualized care plans for students.
• Conduct routine assessments and monitor patient progress to identify potential complications or changes in condition.
• Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of diseases within the school setting.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce errors.
