Go Developer

We are seeking an experienced Go Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable backend systems using Golang, along with strong problem-solving skills and experience in designing high-performance APIs and microservices.

You will collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to deliver reliable and efficient backend solutions that power our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Go (Golang).
• Build RESTful and/or gRPC APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Optimize application performance, latency, and reliability.
• Implement microservice architectures and ensure fault tolerance and scalability.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to improving coding standards.
• Integrate databases, caching, and message queues (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Collaborate in CI/CD pipeline setup and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in Go (Golang).
• Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels in Go.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and caching tools (Redis).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
