Go High Level Expert

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our marketing and sales operations. You will be the mastermind behind our CRM infrastructure, building high-converting funnels, automating client journeys, and maximizing our overall platform efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Setup & Configuration: Architect and maintain our GHL sub-accounts, custom domains, email/SMS integrations, and Twilio/Mailgun setups.
• Automation & Workflows: Design, build, and troubleshoot complex, multi-step workflows, trigger links, and follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and convert sales.
• Funnel & Website Building: Create, design, and optimize visually appealing, high-converting landing pages, websites, and membership areas.
• Pipeline Management: Set up and manage customized opportunity pipelines, lead scoring, and automated task assignments for the sales team.
• Integrations: Connect GHL seamlessly with third-party applications (e.g., Stripe, Zapier, Calendly, social media platforms) via API and webhooks.
• Reporting & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, build custom dashboards, and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Client/Team Support: Train internal staff on how to use the CRM, manage user permissions, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record of 2+ years building and managing systems within the GoHighLevel platform.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of GHL features, including the Site Builder, Forms/Surveys, Triggers, Workflows, Campaigns, and the Mobile App.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of sales funnel strategies, lead generation, email marketing deliverability, and SMS compliance (A2P 10DLC).
• Automation Logic: Proficiency in building logical, conditional "if/then" workflows and utilizing APIs/Webhooks.
• Problem-Solver: High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot broken automations and optimize user journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification: Official GoHighLevel Certification (Certified Admin/Expert) or equivalent.
• Copywriting/Design: Basic eye for UI/UX and persuasive writing for emails and landing pages.
• Agency Experience: Previous experience working in a marketing agency or SaaS environment.
