Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Go-To-Market Partner based in Dubai. The Go-To-Market Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, cultivating relationships with partners, overseeing product launches, monitoring market performance, and providing feedback to improve the platform's offerings.

Qualifications

Market Analysis, Business Development, and Sales expertise
Strategic Thinking, Operational Planning, and Partnership Management skills
Strong Communication, Team Collaboration, and Relationship-Building abilities
Knowledge of AI-driven technologies, HR tech solutions, or ATS platforms is highly desirable
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Prior experience in go-to-market strategy or similar roles preferred

Compensation:

There is no base salary for this role as this is a partner owner opportunity.

This partner role will be granted revenue share of profits generated in your territory and equity ownership in the company will be awarded based on certain milestones.
