The Role - Go-to-Market & Revenue Operations Engineer:
We seek a
technically skilled GTM & RevOps Engineer
to
build and own the foundation of our RevOps stack
, increasing commercial velocity and funnel performance. This role
bridges marketing, sales and CRM functions
by
mastering data, tooling and automation
. You must be a hands-on, creative "commercial flow engineer" who can elaborate and integrate tools, design and
build flows, synchronise the full funnel
and deploy AI-driven automations rapidly.
Responsibilities:
Building the Engine
-
Design and build full-stack automation flows
across the GTM stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Lead Generation Tools).
Leverage low-code platforms (Zapier, Make) to eliminate friction
and
ensure seamless data exchange
across the funnel.

Lead Lifecycle Orchestration:
Own the technical & commercial lead management logic, including
lead scoring, nurturing, routing and enrichment workflows
, ensuring instantaneous and accurate handovers for optimal sales velocity.
Ensuring Accuracy

Data Reliability & Hygiene:
Own the overall
data hygiene, syncing and CRM infrastructure reliability
across all GTM systems. Sync protocols to maintain the "single source of truth" required for accurate decision-making.

Full-Funnel Performance Reporting
: Contribute
overarching requirements
, ensure maintenance and
distribution of executive-level dashboards
and reporting,
collaborating with data and BI teams

Tracking & Attribution Advanced Understanding:
Govern and maintain all commercial tracking mechanisms, including
pixels, UTM conventions and multi-event tracking
across all channels, including conferences, to ensure clean, end-to-end attribution.
Driving Velocity

Automation-Driven GTM Strategy:
Act as the technical partner to
Growth, Performance Marketing and Sales teams
to translate strategic goals into technically feasible, automation-driven GTM execution plans.

Optimise GTM Processes:
Proactively identify and fix friction points and bottlenecks in existing GTM processes.
Contribute operational solutions to the
RevOps roadmap
with a focus on maximising overall productivity and revenue performance.
You’re a Fit If You Have:

3-5 years
in marketing operations, RevOps or technical growth roles

Advanced technical knowledge of
Salesforce

Looker Studio
