About the Role

We are looking for a Go-to-Market Intern / Specialist with hands-on experience in the U.S. market to help us promote and commercialize our application. This role is ideal for someone who understands consumer apps, gaming products, digital marketing, user growth, and early-stage GTM execution.

You will work closely with the founding and product teams to identify target users, design growth strategies, test marketing channels, and support the launch and expansion of our app in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the app’s U.S. go-to-market strategy
  • Conduct market research on target users, competitors, gaming products, and consumer app trends
  • Identify effective acquisition channels, including social media, influencer marketing, communities, partnerships, campus channels, and paid campaigns
  • Help design and test user growth campaigns to improve awareness, downloads, activation, and retention
  • Assist with positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for different user segments
  • Support content planning for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, and other relevant communities
  • Track campaign performance and summarize insights to guide future growth decisions
  • Work with product and business teams to provide user feedback and market insights
  • Explore commercialization opportunities, including monetization models, partnerships, and user conversion strategies

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in go-to-market, growth marketing, product marketing, business development, or commercialization
  • Experience with gaming products, consumer apps, social platforms, or digital communities is strongly preferred
  • Familiar with the U.S. market and U.S. consumer behavior
  • Strong interest in gaming, AI, consumer technology, or mobile/internet products
  • Able to conduct market research and turn findings into clear action plans
  • Basic understanding of growth funnels, user acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, creative, and able to execute with limited guidance

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing a app, game, community, or social media account from an early stage
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, Discord/Reddit community building, or campus ambassador programs
  • Experience with paid ads, app store optimization, content marketing, or partnership outreach
  • Understanding of game monetization models, virtual goods, subscriptions, ads, or in-app purchases
  • Existing network in gaming, student communities, creator communities, or consumer tech

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
