Position Overview

Go Clean Carwash is seeking a hardworking and dependable Car Wash Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a friendly crew. No experience needed — we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with wash options
• Prep vehicles prior to entering the wash
• Perform exterior cleaning (pre-scrub, spot-checking)
• Operate equipment safely and monitor supplies/chemical levels
• Maintain cleanliness of the wash area, vacuum bays, and work zones
• Work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety procedures and report any equipment issues

Qualifications

• Open availability on weekends is required
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 25–40 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills
• Prior experience is a plus but not required
• Schedule & Availability
• Must be available weekends
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• Opportunities for extra hours during busy seasons

Disqualifications

• Cannot have a record of any kind (Felony or Misdemeanors)
• Transportation is a requirement, No ride share (Uber, Lyft or bus usage)

Compensation & Benefits

• $14.00 per hour
• Tips (daily)
